What if it’s all good?

Whenever anything happens in my life that I don’t understand, or see the reason why, I say “this can only be good.”

Whatever is happening in my life - can only be good - and if it’s not good it’s not done, or I can’t see the good yet .

I don’t say this in a a delusional, bypass-the-hard-stuff way. Or in a way that pretends heartbreak isn’t real or disappointment doesn’t sting.

I say it in a way that trusts life more than I trust my own temporary perception of it.

Sometimes, the “good” doesn’t come wrapped in clarity. It comes in the form of unanswered questions, shaky ground and really painful moments.

But what I’ve noticed is that the good does come. It just doesn’t always RSVP in advance (which can feel especially hard for my Capricorn stellium - LOL).

So I’ve made this my quiet mantra: Whatever is happening can only be good.

And if it’s not good yet, then it’s not done. Or I haven’t seen it fully. Or I’m still becoming the version of me who can hold the good that’s on the other side of this.

It’s a radical act, to believe that life isn’t working against you… even when it seems like it might be.

It’s an even more radical act to trust that every plot twist, every pause, every cosmic re-route is LOVE in disguise.

This doesn’t mean we have to like everything that happens. Or stay in things that hurt. Or never cry over what didn’t go as planned.

It just means we get to choose what we believe about the unfolding. And I’d rather believe that life is a co-conspirator, not a punisher.

So if you’re in the middle of something murky, messy or unexplainable right now… try whispering this to yourself:

“This can only be good.”

And let that be the anchor that steadies you until the good shows up. It may not be how you imagined, but it’s always right on time.
