The Foundations of Embodied Coaching
My five bodies of work are not separate teachings—they are the living foundation of my method. Together, they form the transformational arc that every coach must walk in order to hold space with depth, clarity, and soul.
These teachings aren’t just frameworks. They are initiations into the inner mastery required to lead others. They weave through every layer of this mastermind, offering you a map to transform yourself and clients.
I run a multi–six-figure coaching business — something I never imagined I’d say out loud. Every one of my clients has chosen to renew, and since its inception, my business has tripled in size. It’s been the joy of a lifetime to walk alongside people in their transformation. My approach is rooted in years of study, devotion, and deep inner work.
I’m certified in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Life Coaching through Jay Shetty’s certification program, and have completed mentorship with Alyssa Nobriga. I also hold certifications in NLP, trauma-informed coaching, and Reiki Levels I & II. These tools, along with my own lived experience, allow me to hold space in a way that’s intuitive, grounded, and truly transformational.

Six Senses Fiji is set in the Mamanuca Group of islands sitting a few miles offshore from Viti Levu, Fiji’s largest island. It’s in close proximity to the international airport at Nadi (NAN), where you'll be met on arrival by one of the transfer teams, after clearing immigration. The team will assist with your transfer to the resort.
