It opened me up in a space where I felt fully supported, and it expanded what I thought I was capable of. I walked away feeling more aligned, more confident, and more at ease with myself. It was my first retreat and the most significant investment I’ve ever made in myself — and it was entirely worth it. Every person there was open-hearted, growth-minded, and doing beautiful, inspiring work in the world. The space Krista created was truly transformative. She is a powerful facilitator and healer who made it safe for every part of me to be seen, held, and softened.
I left feeling reconnected to my purpose and reminded that it’s not just possible, it’s already within me.

We came as a group of 24 strangers and left with a deep fondness for each member!
