FAQ’s

  • Enrollment opens Fall 2025, with the program launching in January 2026. Call dates to be announced soon.

  • Calls will happen on zoom and be recorded and sent in following via email for downloading and to rewatch.

  • Access to a WhatsApp group will be provided, where Krista will be available in the chat Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM.

  • Resources will be sent weekly via WhatsApp on Monday.

  • Guest teachers will be announced, and their contact information will be shared with the group for further connection.

  • Payment plans are not available beyond the 2-part, 6-week payment plan.

  • 1-1 sessions with Krista can be purchased and scheduled separately. Sessions are offered to group members at a discounted rate.

  • There is no guarantee that you will lose weight, nor is that the goal.
